In molti credono che per spianare le rughe bisogna spendere una fortuna in creme oppure facendo delle iniezioni di botulino, ma ci sono dei rimedi naturali efficaci.

I solchi più o meno profondi delle rughe si presentano sulla pelle quando c’è una minora produzione di collagene e la pelle diventa meno elastica. Di solito è un fenomeno legato all’invecchiamento, ma può manifestarsi anche in una persona giovane, in seguito ad esposizioni troppo prolungate alla luce solare, o allo stress.

Piante ed erbe amiche

Ricca di numerose sostanze nutritive, l’aloe è un ottimo astringente che previene e combatte l’insorgere delle rughe. Di solito si consiglia un detergente a base di questa pianta per la pulizia del viso, oppure si realizza una miscela con due cucchiai di succo puro di aloe e mezzo litro di acqua tiepida, per lavare il viso e il collo al mattino e alla sera, delicatamente.

Un’altra pianta utile per le rughe è il rosmarino: si lascia in infusione 50 g di fiori e foglie di quest’erba in un litro d’acqua molto calda per 10 minuti, e si applicano delle compresse sul collo e sul viso ogni sera.

Con la malva si ottiene un decotto, facendone bollire 120 g con 150 g di burro in 80 ml di acqua. Si aspetta che l’acqua sia del tutto evaporata e si filtra usando una garza. Dopo essersi lavati accuratamente il viso, si spalma questa emulsione sulla pelle, massaggiando con cura.

Evviva la frutta

Restando sempre nel mondo vegetale, un’ottima alleata contro le rughe è la frutta, che sia usata per uso esterno oppure come alimento.

Dopo essersi lavati bene il viso, ci si può spalmare sopra il succo e la polpa dell’arancia, lasciandola riposare per 15-20 minuti. Infine si risciacqua e si tampona il volto con un panno morbido.

Come alimento, l’acerola è un frutto consigliato per le rughe, in quanto contiene vitamina C ed è un eccellente protettrice dell’integrità della pelle. La mela, invece, ha un effetto depurativo sulla cute e ne migliora l’aspetto.

Con la mela, si può ottenere anche una maschera per viso, grattugiandone una con qualche cucchiaio di yogurt. Si spalma sul viso e si massaggia leggermente per due minuti. La si lascia per dieci minuti, prima di togliere il tutto con acqua fresca.

L’ananas, contente acido citrico, è un ottimo esfoliante. Per le rughe si possono applicare delle fette sottili direttamente sul viso, oppure triturare insieme, in parti uguali, sia questo frutto che la mela, distribuendo il composto sulle zone interessate. Si lascia per 15-20 minuti e si risciacqua con molta acqua calda.

Inutile dire che, oltre a seguire costantemente questi rimedi, per una pelle morbida ed elastica, bisogna mantenersi ben idratati. Un altro consiglio da seguire è di dormire almeno sette ore per notte, in quanto il riposo riduce lo stress e quest’ultimo accentua le rughe.
