Sicuramente a molti di voi sarà capitato di avere file di grandi dimensioni, e di doverli inviare a più indirizzi mail contemporaneamente.

Si, ma come si fa?

Wetransfer è la soluzione che già molti adoperano, ma non tutti ne conoscono il funzionamento nel dettaglio per cui ora proveremo a spiegare passaggio per passaggio. Troverete anche la disponibilità di wetransfer in Italiano senza problemi.

Wetransfer: come funziona

Si tratta di un servizio gratuito per inviare file di dimensioni fino a 2GB includendo anche 20 indirizzi email contemporaneamente.

Le caratteristiche sono le seguenti:

  1. E’ gratuito
  2. Non c’è bisogno di istallare nulla
  3. Troverete una finestra con solo due campi, uno per l’indirizzo email del mittente e l’altro del destinatario. Un piccolo spazio per un eventuale messaggio ed un pulsante per inviare il file da voi scelto.
  4. I dati contenuti possono essere mantenuti fino a 14 giorni, per cui vanno sempre salvati oltre che scaricati.

Esempi di utilizzo di wetransfer in Italiano:

  1. Collegatevi al sito di wetransfer
  2. Aggiungete il file che volete trasferire
  3. Scrivete le due mail che servono( mittente – destinatario)
  4. Un eventuale messaggio per spiegare cosa avete inviato
  5. Inviate o trasferite

Come caricare file con Wetransfer

Scegliete i vostri files ( Foto – Audio – Video – Documenti) dalla vostra cartella sul PC o dalla vostra galleria del telefono.

Create un file Zip o RAR in modo da raccogliere tutti i documenti in un archivio ed inviarli poi più velocemente tutti insieme.

Se però preferite procedere con l’invio singolo di  immagini e documenti, non c’è problema potete farlo poiché stesso Wetransfer crea autonomamente un archivio, e nel momento in cui il destinatario lo riceve, non ha problemi a visualizzare tutti i contenuti.

Selezionate la cartella che avete precedentemente creato dal vostro PC o dal vostro dispositivo mobile, e quindi selezionate il file o il gruppo di file che desiderate condividere.  Una volta che avete riempito i quadri della schermata ( file 1 – file 2 – file 3 etc…) cliccate su TRASFERISCI.

Come ricevere file da Wetransfer

Una volta ricevuta la mail, dovrete procedere nel seguente modo:

Cliccate sul pulsante DOWNLOAD e scaricate il file; troverete anche un secondo pulsante INOLTRATO, da utilizzare per procedere con il re – invio ad altri destinatari che possono così scaricare il file e il link dell’archivio.

Ricordate di salvare sempre i file, o dopo due settimane i documenti che avete scaricato andranno persi.

Con l’applicazione di Wetransfer è possibile inviare 10gb di foto e video via email direttamente dalla propria galleria fotografica del cellulare, sia utilizzando la connessione WiFi sia utlizzando il 3G o il 4G.

Se si vuole ampliare il servizio è possibile utilizzare Wetransfer plus: offre la possibilità di salvare fino a 50GB di materiale nel servizio cloud della compagnia, di facile accesso per la stessa.
